Your journey begins with a simple, heart-to-heart conversation. After adding a new kid to your crew, Mai will engage you in a session to learn all about your child's unique interests, passions, and learning style. From there, Mai creates a custom first week of 9 adventures—a beautiful series of missions designed for you to get to know Mai, while Mai gets to know your family's world.

Adding a learner is easy! On your Personal Dashboard, look for the 'Your Crew' section. You'll see a circular button labeled '+ New Kid'. Tapping this will guide you through the process of setting up a profile for your child.

Absolutely! Mai is designed to learn and adapt alongside your family. Every conversation and completed mission helps Mai understand your child's evolving interests and learning pace. We highly recommend regular interaction, as this allows Mai to fine-tune her guidance and create a truly unique learning journey that grows just as your child does.

To create a lesson, use the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen. Select the lesson generation button to start building a personalized learning journey. You can choose subjects and interests to tailor the experience perfectly for your child.

All your family's learning highlights are saved in 'My Memories'. You can access this from the Side Menu (tap your avatar or the menu icon). In My Memories, you can review past conversations, summaries, and shared learning moments.

If you have multiple children linked to your account, you can switch between them by opening the Side Menu and selecting 'Switch Account' under your profile name. You can also manage all profiles in the 'Manage Profiles' section.

If the conversation with Mai feels stuck or unresponsive, you can close the session by clicking on the hang out session button (the large circular button with a phone icon) at the bottom of the calling screen. You can then restart the session from your dashboard.

Ensure you've granted Microphone permissions to the app in your device settings. Mai works best in a quiet environment. If you're in a noisy place, you can tap the Keyboard icon at the bottom of the calling screen to switch to chat mode and type your messages.
